Server statistics
These figures combine the server's own usage metrics with the metadata the DOI prefix has deposited in Crossref. Country and institution are not Crossref fields: they are derived from the affiliation stated in the preprint (resolved through ROR) and from each author's ORCID record. When neither source says, the value is reported as "no data" rather than estimated.
Each author counts once per preprint. The country comes from the affiliation the author stated on that preprint; if none was stated, from the workplace listed in their ORCID record. When neither says, it goes to "no data".
The institution comes from the affiliation stated on the preprint. Since only one in five preprints states one, the rest fall back to the employer listed in the author's ORCID record.
Publication date recorded when the DOI was deposited in Crossref.
Number of authors signing each preprint, according to the DOI metadata.
The discipline is inferred by OpenAlex, an open index that classifies each work by subject. Nobody enters it by hand on the server: it is an automatic reading of the content, useful for the overall profile but not authoritative for any single preprint.

Two counts are shown because neither sees everything. Crossref only counts citations whose publisher submitted a reference list; OpenAlex indexes more sources but also has gaps. Both are a floor, not the real total.

Recorded by the server's editorial team when they learn a preprint has been published. It says "not recorded" when a preprint was marked as published but the journal was not noted.
Only preprints whose published version was recorded appear here. A low number means the data is missing, not necessarily that the work went unpublished.
