(1) Introduction. Late adulthood represents a stage of changes for each human being both physically and psychologically. From a psychological perspective, anxiety is considered the most prevalent pathology, which in most cases is treated with drugs. Other therapy modalities include CBT, with limitations, but there are promising therapies such as ACT. The study seeks to collect studies that show the effectiveness of ACT in reducing anxiety in older adults. (2) Method. A bibliographic search was carried out in the databases Cochrane, Pubmed, Googlescholar, and Scopus, obtaining a total of 31 results and filtering them using a flowchart technique and inclusion and exclusion criteria. (3) Results. There are indicators that highlight the effectiveness of ACT in significantly reducing symptoms in a group of older adults from 55 years of age in a moderate to high range after treatment and during follow-up. (4) Discussion. It has been observed that ACT can be an effective therapy in the older adult population compared to other therapeutic styles. (5) Conclusion. ACT may represent a valid and scientifically proven tool for reducing anxiety symptoms in older adults, having a moderate to high level of efficacy.
