Editorial policies update — LatArXiv

Dear LatArXiv user,

We have updated our editorial policies. The changes include a new section on identification of matching publications, describing how LatArXiv handles cases where Crossref detects a correspondence between a hosted preprint and an article published in a journal that is an active LatArXiv member for preprint publishing.
